In the fall of 2017, Dalton Cloutier Inc. (DCI) needed a new location for their office. They purchased an original 1930s mixed residential-commercial property and wanted to move in within one year. The entire space underwent a total transformation with a compressed construction schedule.
The Tignum design team worked closely with the management team at DCI to create the optimal space that would be required to run their business. A formal board room was artfully designed so it could also serve as a comfortable lunch room. The informal meeting table was placed next to the newly installed patio doors which allowed for a lot of natural light.
The second floor was completely renovated to allow for the creation of a residential unit. The old structural brick was exposed to create a rustic and modern look in order to achieve maximum rental rates.
